Standard shipping for orders in Australia

less than 3kg is $14.95 per order.

Over 3.1kg and up to 19kg is $22.95

International Orders are currently unavailable.

Shipping & Delivery Methods

Pets Unleashed ships items using Australia Post eParcel.

Parcels are delivered to the shipping address you provide when completing the order process. All parcels (eParcel and courier delivered items) must be signed for upon delivery so where possible please ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods at your nominated delivery address.

If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet.

If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

• Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.)

• Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.)

Please be aware that once delivery is made (including by your instructions) that ownership & responsibility for the item(s) transfers to you. Pets Unleashed does not subsidies delivery costs to resend uncollected parcels that have been returned to sender. Delivery charges to resend parcels will be charged at the full Australia Post.
