Returns & Cancellations

Pets Unleashed will happily exchange your goods or offer a store credit within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Returned items and are subject to the following criteria:

Live stock return policy

Our returns policy excludes live stock purchased from the store. Any Awl cat must be returned to the Awl for medical a check up and re substitution into the adoption process. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are simple. Please call or email us within 7 days so that we can provide you with a return order reference number & instructions on how to proceed. All returned items must be returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories. Please include proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping & delivery charges for returned goods.

Damaged or missing items

If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please accept our apologies and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel on 1300 46 11 77 or email orders@petsunleashed.com.au. We will gladly replace the item (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or if found to be damaged or broken we will provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time up to the point where it has been shipped and is no longer in the possession of Pets Unleashed. Simply contact by phone or email and quote your order number & order details to cancel your order.
