Shipping & Delivery Rates

For any order over $25, our standard delivery cost is just $1 per order for less than 3kg to anywhere in Australia whether it's one or ten items that you purchase. Yep, you read that right - just $1 per order.

For local Brisbane shoppers our standard delivery cost is just $1 per order for up to 20kg.

For other parts of Australia, the shipping for orders 3kg or larger will be estimated based on the weight of your order and the postcode of where it is to be delivered. A Shipping Estimate calculator is available from your shopping cart so you can check your shipping costs before checking out.

For extra heavy orders (over 40kg) you will need to contact us for a specific shipping quote.

Weight calculations are based on actual or cubic weights - whichever is greater. This is the same calculation method used by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers - our shipping providers.

You can ship to multiple addresses - but please note that this will be treated as a separate order for each delivery address - and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order/address.

For International Orders, we will calculate the shipping charges to your destination and advise you of the delivery options available to you and their costs via email.

Shipping & Delivery Methods

Pets Unleashed ships items using either Australia Post eParcel or Fastway courier. You can select which option you would prefer when checking your shipping costs using the Shipping Estimate calculator available from from your shopping cart.

Couriers cannot ship to PO Boxes however so you will need to provide a residential or business street address if you select delivery via courier.

Parcels are delivered to the shipping address you provide when completing the order process. All parcels (eParcel and courier delivered items) must be signed for upon delivery so where possible please ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods at your nominated delivery address.

If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet or Fastway Courier depot and a card left notifying the addressee of its location. Wherever possible, please ensure that there will be someone present to collect your delivery.

If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:

• Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.)

• Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.)

Please be aware that once delivery is made (including by your instructions) that ownership & responsibility for the item(s) transfers to you. Pets Unleashed does not subsidise delivery costs to resend uncollected parcels that have been returned to sender. Delivery charges to resend parcels will be charged at the full Australia Post or Fastway Courier rates.

Where We Ship & Deliver

Pets Unleashed offers a delivery service to the all states and territories of Australia and limited countries overseas (New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We endeavour to ship orders on the same day that payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on a Parcel’s place of origin and its destination.

Australia Post has the following delivery time estimates:

• Delivery within the same city or town - next working day
• Between cities and large towns in the same state - 1 to 3 working days
• Between other locations within the same state - 1 - 3 working days
• Between adjoining east coast capitals (including Adelaide) - 2 working days
• Between other capital cities - 3 - 5 working days
• To other interstate locations - 4 - 6 working days

Fastway Courier has the following delivery time estimates:

• Local or Short Haul Zones - next working day
• Red Zones - 1 to 2 working days
• Orange Zones - 3 to 5 working days
• Remote Zones - up to 10 working days

These timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.

Wrong size or colour? Changed your mind? We have a "no questions asked" guarantee with every purchase so if you're not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase to us.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are simple. Please call or email us within 7 days so that we can provide you with a return order reference number & instructions on how to proceed. All returned items must be returned in the original box, unused, and containing all original product packaging and accessories. Please include proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping & delivery charges for returned goods.

Damaged or missing items

If you have received damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please accept our apologies and notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel on 1300 46 11 77 or email orders@petsunleashed.com.au. We will gladly replace the item (subject to availability) without any additional charges, or provide you with a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time up to the point where it has been shipped and is no longer in the possession of Pets Unleashed. Simply contact us by phone or email and quote your order number & order details to cancel your order.
