How to Order

Step 1 - Browse our store and add your chosen products to your cart

You can search for products by browsing through the store using the navigation options from the menu at the top or by using our search function.  You can also use the categories in the left hand column to drill down even further by brand, colour, dog size, etc. to find exactly what you're looking for.

To select a product and add it to your cart, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button.

Not Sure What You Need?  Got a problem you need to solve but you're not sure what product you need?  Just call us on 1300 46 11 77 (local call rate) and talk to one of our friendly staff.  Our staff are trained to assist you to find exactly what you're looking for.  We're also proud of the fact that if we don't think you need it we won't try to sell it to you !

Step 2 - View the Items in Your Cart & Proceed to Checkout

Once you've selected the items you wish to purchase, you can select the 'Your Cart' option from the very top of the page to review the items in your cart, adjust any quantities, enter in any discount coupon codes, or receive an estimate of the shipping costs for your order using the shipping calculator.

To claim a discount coupon, simply enter the coupon code in the Discount Codes section and click 'Apply Coupon'.

To obtain an estimate for shipping, enter your country, state and postcode details and click "Get a Quote'.

When you are ready to checkout and place your order, please proceed to the checkout by clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Step 3 - Log In, Create an Account with us or Checkout as a Guest

If you are already registered with us, simply log in to proceed.

We welcome you to Register with us and Create an Account.  It will save you time and mean that you can checkout faster and more easily whenever you shop with us.  Once registered you will also be able to access your order history, track the status of your order and quickly and easily reorder items in the future.

If you don't want to register with us that's ok too, simply select the option to 'Checkout as Guest' to continue.

Step 4 - Confirm the Shipping Address details & your preferred Shipping Method

Enter the address for Billing - and confirm the Shipping address.  If the Shipping address and Billing address are the same - simply select the checkbox 'Use Billing Address' to update the Shipping address details automatically.  Click 'Continue' to select your preferred Shipping Method.

We deliver using Courier or Australia Post eParcel.  Couriers cannot ship to PO Boxes however so you will need to provide a residential or business street address if you select delivery via courier.  We invite you to read more about our Shipping process here.

Confirm your preferred Shipping Method and click 'Continue' to confirm payment details.

Step 5 - Select Your Payment Method

With so many options available to you, ordering online from Pets Unleashed is easy.  We accept the following Payment Methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - we process all credit card payments securely via the eWay online payment gateway.  All payments are verified with your banking institution in real time.
• Direct Deposit - you can transfer funds directly into our bank account.  BSB and account details are displayed during the checkout process.  Orders are processed once payment has been received.
• PayPal - we accept payment via PayPal.  If you select this payment method you will be redirected to the PayPal site & prompted to log into your PayPal account to make the payment.  Orders are processed once payment has been received by us.
• Cheque / Money Order - we also accept personal cheques or Australia Post Money Orders.  Orders are processed once your cheque has cleared or money order redeemed.
• Phone - you can place your order on our website and then phone 1800 021 548 & quote Biller ID 935825 and your order number as the reference number to make payment via credit card.

Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment steps.

Step 6 - Review & Confirm Your Order !

Your order details will be displayed for you to review before confirming your order.  You will also be promptd to confirm that you have read and understood the terms & conditions for shopping with us.

When you're ready to confirm and place your order simply select the 'Place Order' button.

You wll receive an order confirmation email from us.  We will also send you an email when your order has been shipped.
